Elections Code Of Conduct For The Registered Political Parties
In the exercise of the powers conferred upon me under the provisions of Section 31 of the Political Parties Act 2012, I, hereby issue this Elections Code of Conduct:
The Political Parties Council is mandated to register and/or deregister, regulate and monitor activities of political parties under Section 21 of the Political Parties Act, 2012 as (amended) 2022
