PPC Election Related Orders One and Two June 2026

JUBA (01/06/2026) — The Political Parties Council (PPC) has announced the official deadline for political parties wishing to contest in the upcoming 2026 General Elections. While the general registration of political parties remains an ongoing process, the PPC has established June 30, 2026, as the final cut-off date for entities aiming to participate in the 2026 elections. This directive is issued in accordance with the Political Parties Act 2012 (Amended 2022) and PPC Regulations.

The PPC strongly urges all aspiring- political groups to fast-track their’ paperwork and submit their applications well before the June 30 deadline to avoid disqualification.

The Political Parties Council is mandated to register and/or deregister, regulate and monitor activities of political parties under Section 21 of the Political Parties Act, 2012 as (amended) 2022
