Political Parties Fund Regulations, 2024
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 197A of the Transitional Constitution2011(as amended) to together with Sections 12 (4) and 31 of the Political Parties Act, 2012, thePolitical Parties Council makes the following Regulations.
The Political Parties Council is mandated to register and/or deregister, regulate and monitor activities of political parties under Section 21 of the Political Parties Act, 2012 as (amended) 2022
